SamoaWSTSamoan Tala
Samoa's currency is the tala, and transfers to the country matter more than to many others: money from relatives working abroad makes up a huge portion of Samoan families' income. A practical feature of this destination is time. In 2011, the country moved to the other side of the International Date Line and now is ahead of Moscow by ten to eleven hours, depending on the season.
The route, the receiving bank and the payout amount are agreed before payment.
The national currency is the Samoan tala (WST), which is divided into 100 sene. The name "tala" comes from the local form of the English word dollar. The country's economy depends heavily on remittances from the Samoan diaspora working in New Zealand, Australia, and the USA, so incoming international transfers are a routine operation for local banks. Banking infrastructure is most developed in Apia and major settlements, whereas on Savai'i island there are noticeably fewer branches. IBAN format is not used in Samoa: for an international SWIFT transfer, you typically need the bank's SWIFT/BIC, account number, and the recipient's full name.
Samoa has not introduced its own sanctions against Russia; however, any specific transfer depends on the recipient bank, correspondent chain, and standard AML/KYC checks. The official languages are Samoan and English, so bank details are formatted in Latin characters. A special feature of the country is related to the International Date Line: at the end of 2011, Samoa moved to its western side to synchronize the working week with major trading partners, and December 30, 2011 did not exist in the local calendar. Samoa now operates in UTC+13 time zone and is 10 hours ahead of Moscow. ATM24 checks the available route in advance before confirming the application. International SWIFT transfer takes 2–5 business days. ATM24 commission is from 0.9%.
Card networks operate in Apia and tourist locations. The application requires the card number and cardholder name in Latin characters. Credit in tala, exchange rate visible before payment. Card transfer availability is verified by application
IBAN format is not used: the recipient is found using the bank's SWIFT code and account number. You need the account number, bank SWIFT code, and recipient's name. English is official; the name is transferred from the passport as-is. The route to the bank is verified before sending money
You can withdraw cash in Apia and major settlements. Main location is Apia on Upolu island. On Savai'i, the second large island, there are noticeably fewer branches. Available cash amount is specified when the application is submitted
For Samoa you need the recipient bank's SWIFT code, account number, and their name; IBAN format is not issued in the country, and English resolves any transliteration questions. Samoa has not introduced sanctions against Russia. Keep in mind the time difference: the country is ahead of Moscow by ten to eleven hours.

Real stories from real people
I was assisted by manager Sofa. Thanks to her for being in touch. Overall everything is great, I received the money in Nha Trang via ATM, but there was one nuance (I didn't remove a star because of it). After I transferred the money to the details there followed a long wait (a check) I probably stood by the ATM for about 40 minutes and worried that I had sent money to scammers. But they reassured me and said that such long checks happen very rarely. The main thing is the result, in the end I received the money. Overall a very convenient service when you have roubles on your card and need to get cash dong.

Great platform, good team, everything is clear and understandable, they acted promptly. Manager Stas is the best, thank you very much, I will contact you again 👍🤝🤝🤝
Read full reviewI was afraid of being scammed, but here everything is as clear as at Sberbank, I ordered a courier, everything strictly by the instructions, fraud is completely ruled out! Money between Russian cards is transferred only when the courier is sitting in front of you, a real lifesaver for those who ended up in sadly not cheap Thailand, don’t have a foreign bank card and are left with a small amount of foreign cash while the vacation has only just begun. Guys, you are the best!!!! Thank you!!!
