Currency exchange in Estonia

Before a trip to Estonia, it makes sense to decide in advance where to get cash euros and how to receive the rest of the amount on-site: Russian bank cards are not accepted in the country, so the plan is built on a pre-prepared reserve and a bank transfer.

What to Do First

In the ATM24 calculator, specify the amount and payment method - rubles, SBP/QR or USDT TRC20 - and choose the EUR payout method: cash or bank account. The request is processed by a manager who also confirms the city and payout route.

How the Rate Is Agreed

After the request, the manager quotes the rate for your specific amount and locks it before payment - this eliminates the risk of the final amount changing after you've agreed to the terms. If the amount is under 30,000 rubles, a separate fee applies, so it's always better to check the final amount in the calculator for your specific sum, not just look at the percentage.

Mir Card and Getting EUR

Don't count on the Mir card in Estonia as your primary payment scenario: the country's banks and terminals are set up for European and international cards, not the Russian system. Because of this, a small cash EUR reserve and a working cashless payment method are better prepared before your flight, rather than looking for an ATM that accepts Mir once you're in Tallinn.

How to Get Euros

Cash euros are issued at our ATM24 Russia offices - this is a reserve for the first few days of your trip, not an overseas payout. The remaining amount is most conveniently received via bank transfer to an account in Estonia: route (RUB cash, SBP/QR or USDT TRC20 to EUR cash or account) and exact city are confirmed in your request.
